A party-day dedicated to Bologna’s “knowledge and know-how”: blend of tradition and innovation. A Unesco Creative City of Music day with a concert by Oscar-winning pianist Luis Bacalov and master flutist Massimo Mercelli, who will also perform music composed specifically for the occasion by Oscar-winning Ennio Morricone and with a concert by the Rossella Graziani Jazz Quartet. A “sfoglina” (pasta-maker) will demonstrate how to make tortellini and tagliatelle in the proper Bolognese style meanwhile two artistic crafts testimonials will make a violin step-by-step and hand-made and tailor-made shoes in front of the audience. A day in which, thanks also to the presentation of the “Design Made in Bo” project, visitors can discover Bologna’s excellences.
